The Small Print

Terms & Conditions

The success of every programme relies on a collaborative relationship built on communication, consistency, commitment and mutual respect.

Programme Commitment

All rehabilitation and performance programmes with Diego are delivered on a contractual basis. The minimum commitment period is 12 weeks (3 months), allowing sufficient time for assessment, rehabilitation, progression and measurable outcomes.

Upon enrolment, clients will receive a programme agreement outlining the details of their chosen service. Full terms and conditions will be issued alongside this agreement and must be reviewed and accepted before commencing the programme.

Attendance & Scheduling

Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions and maintaining consistent communication throughout their programme.

Any cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for reimbursement. This policy exists to protect the time, preparation and professional commitment invested into each client programme.

Programme Delivery

Depending on the programme selected, sessions may be delivered face-to-face, online, or as a combination of both.

The rehabilitation phase will typically take place within the clinic environment during the initial stages of the programme, generally between weeks 1 and 9–12, depending on the individual’s requirements and progress. The rebuild and performance development phase may take place:

  • At the designated training facility associated with DR Sports Clinic.
  • At the flagship location, subject to programme requirements.
  • At a client’s local gym by prior agreement, subject to suitability, accessibility and travel considerations.

Client Responsibilities

Successful rehabilitation requires consistency, commitment and active participation. Clients are expected to:

  • Follow all prescribed rehabilitation, mobility, recovery and training recommendations.
  • Maintain open and honest communication regarding symptoms, progress and setbacks.
  • Attend sessions consistently.
  • Apply the guidance provided between appointments.
  • Prioritise recovery, rest and adherence to the programme structure.

Progress varies between individuals and is influenced by numerous factors, including compliance, recovery, lifestyle habits, training history and individual physiology. For this reason, results cannot be guaranteed within a specific timeframe.

Recovery & Lifestyle Requirements

Recovery extends beyond the treatment room. The body requires the right environment to heal, adapt and respond effectively to the rehabilitation process. Throughout your programme, clients are encouraged to prioritise:

  • Quality sleep and adequate rest.
  • Consistent hydration throughout the day.
  • Managing physical, mental and emotional stress.
  • Daily breathwork and nervous system regulation practices.
  • Meditation, mindfulness and mental wellbeing strategies that support recovery.
  • Appropriate recovery periods between training sessions and physical activities.

Rest is a critical component of the healing process. Allowing sufficient time for rest and recovery gives the nervous system, muscles, connective tissues and joints the opportunity to respond positively to treatment.

Results & Expectations

Whilst every effort is made to support clients towards their goals, rehabilitation outcomes vary between individuals. Success is dependent upon numerous factors including programme adherence, consistency, recovery habits, lifestyle factors, training history and individual physiological responses. DR Sports Clinic cannot guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements or recovery timelines.

Clinic Rights & Professional Discretion

DR Sports Clinic reserves the right to discontinue, suspend or terminate a programme if it is determined that a client is repeatedly failing to engage with the agreed rehabilitation process, consistently missing appointments, disregarding professional guidance or demonstrating a lack of commitment to the programme requirements. Any such decision will be made at the professional discretion of the clinic and in the interests of maintaining the integrity of the rehabilitation process.

Photography, Videography & Media Consent

As part of the rehabilitation and performance process, sessions may occasionally be photographed or filmed. This content may be used for a variety of purposes, including:

  • Clinical assessment and progress tracking.
  • Educational and training purposes.
  • Marketing, promotional and social media content for DR Sports Clinic.

Client confidentiality and professional standards will always be respected. Clients will be asked to indicate their consent preferences during the booking and onboarding process. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please communicate this during the booking process or directly to Diego before your first session. Your preferences will be respected, and your treatment will not be affected in any way. Where appropriate, additional consent may be requested before specific content is published or shared publicly.

Referral Programme

DR Sports Clinic values client referrals and recommendations. Existing clients may refer friends, family members or colleagues to Diego’s programmes and services. Where a referred individual successfully enrols onto a programme, referral rewards and associated benefits may be available. Details of the referral programme and any applicable rewards can be discussed directly with Diego.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a DR Sports Clinic programme, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any additional programme agreements provided as part of the onboarding process.

The success of the programme relies upon a collaborative relationship between practitioner and client, built upon communication, consistency, commitment and mutual respect throughout the rehabilitation journey.
