Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll work closely together in a fully personalised 1-on-1 setting, starting with a focused rehabilitation phase. This includes tailored strength work, mobility training, and structured stretching routines to restore proper function and movement patterns.
Once your foundation is stable and pain-free, we’ll transition into the transformation phase. This is where your body composition goals take center stage, combining targeted weight training with expert nutrition coaching to support fat loss, muscle building, and long-term results. You'll also have guidance from a dedicated nutrition coach to help you build sustainable eating habits that align with your goals.
